Congratulations to CC 10U
by posted 07/14/2019

Congratulations to our Bay State 10U team !!

The Concord-Carlisle Youth Baseball 10U team captured the Bay State Baseball League "C" division first half trophy weekend in Marblehead last week with wins over Lincoln-Sudbury and Wayland.

The Patriots, who entered the tournament as the American Division champs with a 5-1 record, beat LS 12-9 on Saturday to advance to the Sunday finals. Facing rival Wayland, the two teams staged a game for the ages; an epic 11-inning marathon that ended with CC plating four runs in the top of the 11th to secure a 5-1 win and the first CCYB trophy weekend win in several years.

CCYB Rebels 2020
by posted 06/26/2019

Dear CCYB Families:

Fresh off a great spring of fielding three CCYB Rebels teams, we wanted to reach out with some exciting news for the upcoming year.  Our plan for spring, 2020 is to field teams at the 9U (3rd grade), 10U (4th grade), 11U (5th grade) and 12U (6th grade) levels.  This would represent the most number of teams Rebels has fielded, and we hope to involve as many Concord and Carlisle families as possible.  Information on tryouts/evaluations will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.

For those not familiar with Rebels, it was founded in 2016 and serves as a Concord-Carlisle club baseball program run in conjunction with Route 2 Athletics of Arlington. The program is coached by former CCHS Head Coach Chris Aufiero.

The goals of the program are:
1. Community: A club-level baseball experience with classmates and peers
2. Coaching: Professional coaches who prioritize skill development and love of baseball over "win at all costs"
3. Competition: Play elite programs from surrounding towns including teams in the New England Elite Baseball League
4. Convenience: First-class program at a reasonable cost with limited travel to practices and games
5. CCHS: Build a strong feeder program to develop an elite high school baseball program
